Grow with conviction, not compromise.
OUR STORY
We’ve seen it firsthand: the pressure to perform, scale, and succeed can slowly erode the soul of a business.
What begins with calling and conviction gets crowded by urgency, complexity, and compromise. Vision gets blurry. Values bend. Faith becomes a footnote.
Soulgrown was born out of that tension.
We believe alignment with God isn't an afterthought—it’s the foundation.
And when leaders are rooted in Him, their businesses flourish with lasting fruit. They become places of goodness, justice, creativity, and Kingdom impact.
That’s why we created a growth model built around alignment from the inside out.
From root to fruit.
THE NEED
Christian business leaders are under pressure—to grow, to lead, to deliver.
But beneath the hustle is a deeper question:
Is this what I was made for?
The pace is relentless. The stakes are high. And compromise is often the cost of keeping up.
Many leaders feel the drift:
Soul fatigue. Blurry purpose. A business that’s succeeding—but misaligned.
The truth? Most have never been shown another way.
We’re often offered spiritual guidance or business strategy—but rarely both.
And all too often, what’s called “Kingdom Business” is just worldly strategy dressed in spiritual language.
It’s hard to find guidance that speaks to both your soul and your strategy.
This isn’t just about peace of mind.
It’s about building a business that works—without losing your soul.
You need clarity, yes. But also practical strategy. Frameworks that produce real growth without compromise. Culture, systems, and messaging that reflect Kingdom of God values—and actually move the needle.
Soulgrown exists to bridge that gap.
We believe spiritual formation and business strategy were never meant to be separate.
When leaders grow from the inside out, they build with conviction—and produce lasting fruit.
WE BELIEVE
Work is sacred. Business is one of the primary ways we partner with God in the world.
Clarity begins in the soul. Strategic decisions should flow from spiritual alignment, not just market analysis.
Growth is not the goal—fruitfulness is. We measure success by lasting impact, not just short-term results.
Kingdom impact starts beneath the surface. If you want to build something eternal, you have to start deep.
OUR ROLE
We’re not consultants.
We’re not coaches.
We’re guides—helping leaders return to the root, clarify their vision, and grow what lasts.
Through our unique alignment process, we walk with founders, teams, and organizations ready to grow with God, not apart from Him.
WHY I STARTED SOULGROWN
Most of my career has been spent alongside visionary entrepreneurs—serving as the right hand to leaders who could see something before it existed and had the courage to build it.
I’ve helped launch movements, grow organizations, and turn ideas into brands that impacted thousands. Many of these ventures were Kingdom-minded—some explicitly gospel-centered, others led quietly by faithful leaders seeking to honor God in their work.
I’ve seen what’s possible when business is built on conviction.
And I’ve seen what happens when it’s not.
Every Kingdom leader faces the tension: faithfulness vs. the pressure to perform. Business moves fast. The stakes get high. And eventually, you reach a crossroads—stay true, or compromise to keep the momentum.
What I’ve learned is this: if alignment isn’t rooted early, those moments of decision can derail everything. Vision blurs. Spiritual language masks compromise. Leaders justify decisions in the name of “impact.”
But God never calls us to sacrifice obedience for outcomes.
In His Kingdom, fruit doesn’t come from striving. It comes from abiding.
That’s why I started Soulgrown.
To walk with leaders before those moments—and with those still carrying the weight of past decisions.
To help leaders root their business in clarity, accountability, and conviction.
So when the pressure comes—and it will—they are already grounded.
Not just with strategy. But with surrender.
Not just with vision. But with conviction.
Because the fruit that lasts—the kind God calls good—always grows from intimacy with Him.
